Late check-in Fee:

Should you wish to hold the room past 11:59pm on the day of arrival you can pay in advance a $10.00 late check-in fee and we will hold the room thru 1:30am the following day.  You will be charged for the day of arrival and the fee for late check-in.  We reserve the right past the 1:30am deadline to resell the room without any refund.

One Bedroom Deluxe Suite

Recently remodeled suite with all new carpet and furnishings, full kitchen with coffee service, stove, oven, full size refrigerator, separate bedroom with walk-in closet, televisions in bedroom and in living area, 448 square feet total. Third and fourth guests in Double Suite will be charged an additional $10 each per night, billed at check-in.

All listed rates are for single or double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $10 per person per night for third and fourth guest per room.

For daily reservations, we will process your credit card for the first night's stay plus tax. For weekly reservations, we will charge the entire week's stay plus tax in advance.

A confirmation will be sent to you by email shortly after completion of your reservation. If you have not received this confirmation email within 24 hours, please email us or call us at (800) 553-9111.

Note: Rates do not include Deposit, Taxes or Resort Fees. Resort Fees per day include free washer and dryer usage, free local and long distance phone calls, limited incoming and outgoing faxes and unlimited property wide wireless access for one wireless device. There is an extra charge for each additional wireless device.

Note:  Weekly reservations require a $175 refundable deposit. Refunds for cash deposits are sent via US mail within 7 business days. Debit or Credit Card deposits are returned within 5 business days.

Fees are provided upon request. Management reserves the right to change fees at any time prior to booking and confirmation.

Please know that we will do our best to accomodate your room preferences but we cannot guarantee, based on room availability.
